Before I became a personal trainer and nutritional therapist, I desperately struggled with gut issues, debilitating shoulder and low back pain, and chronic symptoms that left me hopeless. Thankfully, I took back control of my health. Failed by conventional medicine, I made it my mission to help men and women understand the root of their chronic health issues and FINALLY feel better.

I've taken myself from someone who feared food and lived in constant pain to a strong, lean, confident, pain-free health coach who can enjoy life again.
