What makes me different?

As someone who's struggled with body image issues, I know exactly what it's like to move through life not feeling confident in your body. What started as tons of crunches & endless hours of cardio, soon left me discouraged as I failed to see the physical results I desired. At the same time, I battled numerous low back & neck issues which physical therapy failed to help me resolve. Tired of struggling, I was determined to change and truly feel good in my own body.

 

I started resistance training, and even though I didn't see results right away, began to love how I felt after every workout... this is what kept me going. Once I stopped being laser-focused on the physical progress, and instead learned to love the feeling: stronger, more energy, better mood. I started chasing numbers in the gym instead of on the scale. The physical results came, not because I worked out once in awhile, but because I finally mastered consistency & a routine I enjoyed! Now, I'm stronger & more in love with my body than ever, and it's my mission to help others achieve those same results.
