Up until 6 years ago, I thought that the only way to achieve my dream body was to diet & eat restrictively, do TONS of cardio, cut out carbs & alcohol, and basically not enjoy life. Sadly, this is how many of us view "healthy living". This, however, is just the opposite of that. The day I realized this, was the day my passion for helping men and women live more enjoyable & healthier lifestyles began. I can relate to all my clients as I've taken myself from living an unhealthy lifestyle, constantly struggling with injuries and pain, & a lack of confidence in my body to a strong, lean, confident, pain-free fitness coach who can enjoy life while still living a healthy lifestyle.
