Your 12-Week Roadmap

  • 90-Minute Initial Intake & Strategy Session – Deep dive into your challenges, goals, and lifestyle. This session lays the foundation for your personalized plan and ensures you feel supported and clear on next steps.

  • Personalized Action Plan – Receive a tailored nutrition and lifestyle plan–practical steps that fit you, not generic rules.

  • 8 Follow-Up Coaching Sessions

    • ​Weeks 1-4: Weekly sessions to build sustainable habits, gain confidence, and navigate challenges

    • Weeks 5-12: Biweekly sessions to refine habits, troubleshoot, and maintain progress independently

  • Ongoing Support Between Sessions – Email or text support ensures you're never navigating changes alone.

By the end of the program, you'll feel confident in your choices, supported in your body, and equipped with habits that last – both physically and mentally.

12-Week Nutritional Therapy Program: $1200
Includes:

  • 1 x 90-min Initial Intake & Strategy Session

  • 8 x 45-min Follow-Up Coaching Sessions​

  • Ongoing email/text support between sessions​

Payment Plan:

  • 3-month option available upon request – $425/month

Single 90-Minute Initial Intake: $250

Includes:

  • Comprehensive assessment of your health, goals, digestion, energy, and relationship with food

  • Receive personalized recommendations plan with actionable next steps

  • Can serve as a standalone session or first step toward the full 12-week program
